This is an excellent hotel and certainly a bargain. Great hot and cold breakfast. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool. Wonderful exercise room. Close to restaurants and shopping and only about 30 minutes to downtown Houston. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and price for New Year's Eve
It was difficult getting to the Inn itself because of poor New Caney Inn signage.

Non-smoking building. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. A great value! We were there for a wedding. I misread the check-in/check-out times (in @ 11am; out @ 3pm). I went down to talk to the clerk and asked if we could extend our stay past 11:00am and he obliged at no charge. We were able to use the room until 1:00pm, which helped us out tremendously! Thank you! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great experience with friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. The decor in the lobby is beautiful!
The shower head sprayed too wide and was not adjustable. Another motel sign almost covers "New Caney Inn & Suites" sign. The two motels are side by side but the signs are misleading. If you don't continue the drive through the other motel's parking lot, you would think that motel took over New Caney Inn & Suites. I'm glad we kept driving!

This Inn is the best kept secret in the Houston area. Great place, wonderful staff and at a fantastic price. With family in the Kingwood area nearby, it is perfect. Have stayed there before, will stay there again.
Onlyt thing I would change is the type of sheets. Bottom sheet is not fitted and does not stay in place as well as it should. Otherwise all is great.
